Service status
We don't yet publish a real-time public status dashboard. Until that ships, this page tells you exactly what you can verify on your own, how to report a suspected incident, and what we're building. We'd rather show you nothing than fabricated uptime numbers.
What you can check right now
Marketing site & docs
If you're reading this page, our public marketing surface is responding. The homepage, blog, demo, and tools (including the free screenshot capture) live on the same origin.
Open the homepageApp & API
The simplest way to confirm the dashboard and authenticated API are working is to log in. A successful sign-in is a real end-to-end check; a failure is a real signal we want to know about.
Try logging inNotification delivery
Alert routing (email, Slack, Discord, webhooks) is exercised every time a monitor detects a change. If you stop receiving alerts you expect, check the monitor's most recent change in the dashboard timeline - delivery status is recorded per channel.
Monitor dashboardReport a suspected incident
Email contact@onchange.app
Include the monitor URL (or the page you were trying to reach), the rough time you noticed the issue in your timezone, and a screenshot or error message if you have one. A human reads every message; we reply within one business day, and faster for active outages.
On the roadmap
- 01Public uptime probes for app.onchange.app and the marketing site, refreshed every minute.
- 02A real-time incident feed with start time, scope (which subsystem), customer impact, and resolution notes.
- 03Per-component status pills (monitoring workers, screenshot pipeline, notification dispatch, dashboard, public API) backed by real health-checks, not editorial copy.
- 04An RSS / Atom feed and an email-subscribe path so teams can route status to their own oncall channel.
No ETA promises here. When a piece ships, the corresponding line disappears from this list and becomes a real probe above.
